Our team makes a limited stock of Brisket Beef Jerky each week in order to provide you the freshest Brisket Beef Jerky, every order. This means we may need some time to make your order fresh! All of our products are made in small batches to ensure that they are of the highest quality. This allows us to pay close attention to every detail and make any necessary adjustments along the way. We believe that small batch production is the key to creating exceptional specialty foods.

How we started
Humble Beginnings
We started our jerky making journey as a father son team in April, of 2022! Once we perfected our recipe we brought our unique Gourmet Brisket Beef Jerky to our brick and mortar location at the Great Smokies Flea market! You can order online or come see us at 220 W Dumplin Valley Rd, Kodak, TN 37764!
